The Pilates Place of Mississippi, LLC

Group Classes at The Pilates Place of Mississippi are small and personal.  Mat classes will not have more than 6 people, and Reformer classes will not have more than 4 people.  We highly encourage two or more Individual training sessions before considering group training.  Your safety is of upmost importance to us, and this will ensure that the instructor is aware of your particular posture and any needed modifications that are necessary

A good foundation of the Pilates Principles are required before entering a Group Reformer Class. Initial assessment also provides for proper class level placement.

Two classes per wk: $120

3 MONTH GROUP CLASS TUITION

Semi-Private Training

For two persons: 

Single Session:  $55 per person

4 Pak:  $200 per person

10 Pak:  $450 per person

For three persons:

Single Session: $50 per person

4 Pak: $180 per person

10 Pak:  $400 per person

Reformer Group Classes are designed to be small (no more than four) so that participants get individual attention and proper form can be attained.
